The Management Team
Wayne Pittams
Director (DipPM)
Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP)
18 years Company Director (in Building Industry); 9 years in Project Management; 12 years in the Automotive Industry; 4 as Principle. Diploma in Project Management at the University of Auckland.
IPMS was established by Wayne in 2005, during his career he has managed a wide range of construction projects from residential houses to multi-million dollar developments. Wayne has a broad base of knowledge and experience within the building industry to offer any job high levels of management skill.
Wayne also is a motorsport enthusiast winning the NZ Grp A Championship in 1986 in his Subaru and is still involved in help with motorsport and racing a Subaru in regional events.
Tom Vanstone
Project Manager (DipPM)
Licensed Building & Design Practitioner (LBP)
Over 25 years in the building industry with extensive knowledge of building both as a Tradesman, ‘Construction Business Principal’, Site Manager, and Project Manager. Tom has covered a wide variety of commercial and residential projects, ranging from 150k through to $40m. Tom has a significant knowledge base in building technology, construction processes and administration. Builders License in South Australia since 1989-2005. Currently registering for License Building Practitioner level 3 and Design level ??
Tom enjoys listening to music, endurance running, most outdoor activities and looking after his 4 daughters and lovely wife.
Jo Iggulden
Office Manager
With ten years secretarial experience, including presentations layout and proofing to leading corporate companies, having ran a small business for 7 years in all areas from doing the accounts, staff management through to customer service. Jo has a broad range of skills to ensure the smooth running of the IPMS office.
Jo has been trained to use the Hardcat Asset Management software for Facilities Management, which also involves liaising with property managers and tradesmen to ensure all maintenance is approved, up to date and recorded.
Jo enjoys keeler sailing with the Tauranga Yacht Club, outdoor activities and family life.
