Wayne Pittams – Director/Project Manager
Wayne has 14 years’ experience in the building industry and has completed a number of project management courses from the University of Auckland. Wayne established IPMS in 2005 and during his career he has managed a wide range of construction projects from residential houses to multi-million dollar developments.

Wayne is supported by the following team members:

Mike Winstanley
Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Mike is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over twenty years’ relevant experience in Project Management and Quantity Surveying including Construction and Mechanical. Handling residential through to multi-level commercial projects.

Corinne Smith
Office Manager and Property Maintenance Coordinator Corinne has strong skills and experience in all areas of administration and finance, working closely with the Project Management team on the collation and presentation of evidence files.
