Senior Project Manager / Chartered Building Surveyor

BSc (Hons), MRICS, Licenced Asbestos Assessor

As a chartered building surveyor, project manager and licensed asbestos assessor, Darren brings a wide range of specialist knowledge to the team.

Since moving to New Zealand in 2005, Darren gained experience working for multi-disciplinary consultancies and worked as a self-employed consultant in Auckland before relocating to Tauranga. He actively practices a full range of building surveying services in tandem with project management roles. Darren provides exceptional quality management to ensure works comply with the consented plans and specifications.

It’s this extensive skill set and knowledge that allows him to offer clients a flexible and reliable service.

Darren is passionate about managing projects from design to completion, and enjoys the complex and varied work building surveying offers. This is where Darren’s attention to detail stands out.

A lover of the outdoors, you’ll find him mountain biking and fishing in his spare time (that’s if he ever gets the motor running on his boat), as well as tending to his lifestyle block with his family.
