The brief
Matamata Piako District Council engaged IPMS to find an affordable and code compliant solution to fix the leaky roof of their Te Aroha offices.
Our work
When the Council failed to find an affordable and code compliant solution, IPMS was brought on board, with the industry knowledge of new products and technology to provide a fit-for-purpose overlay solution that met Council’s budget restraints. IPMS procured the roofing contract, scaffolding and services contractors and delivered the complete project within the nine-month timeframe.
The outcome
The re-roofing project was a success, with 60 leaks repaired and the project delivered on time. The final two leaks were picked up during the roofing contractor’s final sign-off and quality assurance process.
